I've
Changed the Direction of My Health

I was diagnosed with polycystic kidney disease many
years ago. It is a hereditary condition characterized by cysts
on the kidneys that send your health on a downhill spiral. My
mother, her brother and two sisters have died from this disease.
In
March of 1995, I was blessed with triplets. After giving birth,
however, I lost 35% of my kidney function. Then I developed high
blood pressure, which is a symptom of kidney disease. My blood
pressure rose so high it was termed catastrophic, with readings
of 200/110 and worse. My doctor kept upping the medication with
mediocre results. I learned to live with this condition.
Several
years later in June of 1999, I complained of a stomachache on
the morning of my daughter's graduation from high school (I have
five children, including the triplets). A physician friend who
was attending the ceremony examined me and sent me straight to
the emergency room. I was bleeding to death internally with ulcers,
one of which rested on an artery in my stomach. I received several
blood transfusions and was kept in intensive care for five days.
Following
this experience I decided that I had to do something different
to change the direction of my health. I was aware that a close
friend of mine was distributing a supplement called EnerPrime.
She was very enthusiastic about the benefits that she and others
had received. The fact that it's in powder form was a plus for
me because I can't take pills. I began on EnerPrime in May 2000.
One
thing about a degenerative disease, it's always expected to get
worse. My nephrologist had warned me to expect each subsequent
kidney checkup to reveal more deterioration. Imagine his surprise
in June, 2001, when the tests showed my kidney readings staying
steady and my "catastrophically high blood pressure" in the normal
range! The doctor asked me if I was doing anything different.
I told him about EnerPrime, and how I was taking it religiously.
He became very interested, mentioning that as long as he's been
a doctor he had never seen the numbers stay the same with a degenerative
disease. Most of his patients go on dialysis or get kidney transplants.
My
doctor has now visited the IMPaX website and we'll be discussing
EnerPrime further on my next visit. It's obvious to me that EnerPrime
is strengthening my immune system in every way. While all the
children around me get colds, I stay well. So now the triplets
take EnerPrime!
